WALKABLE STEEL CLEANROOM CEILING PANELS
In some cases, due to technical and/or physical requirements, users
may prefer to utilize the space above suspended ceilings more efficiently. In such
situations, walkable suspended ceiling systems are applied.
Our walkable steel cleanroom ceiling panels:
First, the ceiling frame is constructed using specially designed aluminum profiles, which
are anodized or coated with antibacterial electrostatic powder paint. This structure is
suspended from the main building ceiling using steel rods.
The bottom sheet is made of 0.8 mm thick stainless or antibacterial powder-coated sheet,
while the top sheet is made of 1.5 mm thick galvanized steel. The gap between is filled with
25 mm thick rock wool insulation material with a density of 70 kg/m³.
Grid openings, except for HEPA filters and lighting fixtures, are covered with these panel
sheets.
Finally, all joints are sealed with silicone to ensure airtightness of the cleanroom
ceiling.
