INTERLOCK SYSTEM
Interlock systems are designed to lock other doors when one door is
opened, especially between cleanroom zones of different classifications.
They can be integrated with automatic doors, sectional doors, motorized shutters, sliding
doors, and hinged doors, supporting 2 to 12 door systems with custom scenarios and
automation output modules tailored to the project.
General Features:
- Interlock control modules for systems with 2 to 12 doors.
- Integrated industrial-type power supply with short-circuit protection switch-mode.
- Optional integration with card access systems.
- Emergency and exit buttons, lock status indicators installed on both interior and exterior sides of the doors.
- Connection to fire alarm system allows emergency override (optional).
- Audible and visual alert for system violations.
- Door left open alarm.
- Compatible with automatic doors like Geze, Dorma, Assa Abloy, or similar brands.
- Simple cable connection, no electronic knowledge required, no complex wiring diagrams.
- All cables are socketed and can be connected without tools.
- Only the lock cable is joined manually; all other connections use RJ-45 jacks.
- Plug-and-socket type electrical connection; power socket is fused and includes a spare fuse.
- “Solenoid Drop Bolt” locks are used for hinged doors, available in flush-mounted or surface-mounted types.
Operation Scenarios:
There are two operation types in interlock systems:
Type A: All doors are closed but not locked. When any door is opened, the others are locked. In this type, violations can occur but are signaled with an alarm. If integrated with a card reader system, the door with a reader remains locked at all times while the others are free to open.
Type B: All doors are closed and locked. To open a door, the user must press the release button or present a card to the reader (if available). This system is tamper-proof.
