304 GRADE STAINLESS STEEL CLEANROOM WALL PANELS

    Our 304 Grade Stainless Steel Cleanroom Wall Panels are produced by enclosing a specially designed aluminum frame with 0.8 mm thick 304 stainless steel sheets on both sides and filling the inner part with high-density (110 kg/m³) rock wool insulation material.

The stainless steel outer surface of the wall panel is designed to prevent dust accumulation and inhibit bacterial growth.

Thanks to specially designed joining profiles and gaskets, the cleanroom panels can be mounted and dismantled independently in an airtight manner. This provides great convenience during cleanroom installation or future modifications.

Curved baseboards are used to prevent the formation of sharp corners, minimizing particle accumulation and enabling easy cleaning.

Aluminum anodized or painted utility channels integrated between panels allow for easy routing of electrical and plumbing installations to desired locations.
