LAMINAR AIRFLOW CABINET WITH FAN FILTER UNIT

    The structure and frame of the fan filter units are made of stainless steel. These cabinets can be ceiling-mounted or installed on a support platform, consisting of fan filter units, transparent curtains, and a speed control system with a potentiometer or a driver-based system for manual or automatic adjustment of airflow.

The fan filter units include a pre-filter (G4) and a HEPA filter (H14), providing ISO Class 5 environment per ISO 14644-1:1999 or Class 100 according to U.S. Federal Standard 209E. The average clean air velocity is approximately 0.45 m/s (±20%) measured 15–20 cm below the air diffuser.

In these LAF cabinets, laminar airflow is maintained inside the unit while keeping the interior under positive pressure. These models are designed exclusively to provide laminar flow in ISO Class 5 environments. They are available as ceiling-suspended or floor-standing units and can be manufactured in various sizes based on user needs.

Smooth LED strip light fixtures are used for interior lighting.
