ANTIBACTERIAL PAINTED SHEET METAL, CLEANROOM CEILING PANELS

    Our Antibacterial Painted Sheet Metal Cleanroom Ceiling Panels are constructed as follows:
First, a supporting ceiling frame is created using specially designed aluminum profiles coated with antibacterial electrostatic powder paint.

All grid openings, except for the ones used for HEPA filters and lighting fixtures, are covered with 0.8mm thick antibacterial powder-coated sheet plates.

Then, all joints are sealed with silicone to make the cleanroom ceiling completely airtight.
