HEPA FILTER
Filters used to trap contaminants with very small particle diameters
(≤ 0.3µm) at the desired efficiency level are categorized as EPA, HEPA, and ULPA
filters.
These filters capture particles such as viruses, bacteria, and pharmaceutical powders, which
cannot be retained by coarse or fine filters. They are used in a wide range of industrial
applications including pharmaceuticals, food, medical, microelectronics, biotechnology, and
nuclear facilities to remove a high percentage of pollutants from conditioned or exhaust
air. The purpose of high-efficiency filtration is to protect the environment, the process,
or the personnel—depending on the application.
TYPES OF HEPA FILTERS

• Compact HEPA Filter with Aluminum Separator
• High-Capacity HEPA Filter (V-Module)
• High-Capacity HEPA Filter (Flat Pleat)
